Our tank fabrication capabilities at Pittsburg Tank & Tower Company are recognized by customers and professional organizations around the world. We build a diverse variety of tanks including elevated, tower, and ground storage tanks with capacities from 20,000 to 5,000,000 gallons in welded or bolted configurations. Most tanks are constructed of carbon or stainless steel, but special alloys can be used as needed for especially harsh applications. Custom coatings such as polyurethanes can be applied to the tanks interior for added corrosion resistance and formed panels made from fiberglass, urethane or pearlite can be added to the exterior of tanks for insulation.

Over the years, Pittsburg Tank & Tower has designed, fabricated and erected thousands of welded-steel tanks (including carbon steel and stainless steel structures) for fire protection, chemicals, petroleum, jet fuel, food processing, power cooling, pulp and paper and bulk commodity storage.
